**Job Opportunity: Enterprise Risk Management Leader**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise risk management systems using the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC/IRM data models, risk scoring, and compliance frameworks. They will also possess hands-on experience with Audit Management, Risk Indicators, Policy Lifecycle, and Control Testing automation.

Key responsibilities include architecting and designing secure multi-entity/multi-department IRM programs, developing and configuring complex workflows, risk scoring models, and audit trails. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating GRC/IRM with third-party platforms and utilizing IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server for secure and reliable data exchange.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across security, compliance, legal, audit, and vendor management functions to deliver secure, scalable, and audit-compliant GRC/IRM solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform with 3+ years in GRC/IRM-specific implementations, proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scoped Applications, Security Controls, and complex business logic development. Additionally, certification as a ServiceNow CSA – Certified System Administrator is mandatory, while certifications such as ServiceNow CIS – GRC / IRM or ITIL v4 are highly preferred.

Beyond technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and an analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
