Enterprise Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) functions. This role is critical in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing enterprise-wide risks, as well as developing and implementing mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ERM Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the organization's ERM framework.
    • Conduct risk workshops and facilitate the definition of mitigation plans.
    • Monitor key risk indicators and prepare risk dashboards for leadership review.
  • Internal Financial Controls:
    • Lead the design, implementation, and testing of internal financial controls in line with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs), process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Coordinate with external auditors for control testing and ensure timely closure of control gaps.
  • Internal Audit:
    • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
    • Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
    • Present audit findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
    • Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely remediation.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification - Mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in ERM, internal controls, and internal audit.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, external auditors, and audit committees.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.
