Enterprise Risk Management Leader

As a leader in 5G convergence, we specialize in building interoperable digital infrastructure.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our risk management, internal controls, and audit functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating enterprise-wide risks, strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering insights that improve operational effectiveness.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement an organization-wide risk management framework.
    • Identify, assess, and prioritize enterprise-wide risks through strategic workshops and mitigation planning.
    • Monitor key risk indicators and prepare dashboards for leadership review.
  • Internal Financial Controls:
    • Lead the design, implementation, and testing of internal financial controls in line with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain risk and control matrices, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
    • Coordinate with statutory auditors for control testing and ensure timely closure of gaps.
  • Internal Audit:
    • Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
    • Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits.
    • Present findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendations.
    • Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely remediation.
