Customer Success Manager

This role is ideal for an evangelist who would like to help international enterprise brands succeed.

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' businesses and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead a team of 2-3 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and provide guidance on sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account, providing education, coaching, and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the company as a trusted advisor, advocate, and marketing thought leader, helping clients create effective marketing strategies and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights to customers using their own data and industry trends.
  • Ensure customers achieve maximum value from customer engagement by leveraging full platform functionality.
  • Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Produce high-quality case studies, testimonials, and PR materials from satisfied customers.
Requirements
  • MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, organization, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Capacity to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
  • Effective communication skills with clients, team members, and the marketplace.
  • Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
