AI Engineer - Architecture and Leadership

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing the overall architecture of our AI systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption. You should also have experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.

In this role, you will take ownership of the delivery timeline and coordinate the complete development of products. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews. This includes ensuring that all code meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about AI and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs)
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs (or equivalent scale)
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
