Machine Learning/AI Engineer Role

This position focuses on developing and implementing advanced AI and machine learning models. As a technical expert, you will drive the development and deployment of sophisticated AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in model fine-tuning, architecture design, and research integration.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and promote high engineering standards within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Model Development & Optimization: Build, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production-grade solutions.
  • Research & Technical Leadership: Stay current with state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning research, translating complex knowledge into practical applications.
  • Strategic Deployment & Monitoring: Lead the development of sophisticated deployment strategies and monitoring frameworks for continuous performance evaluation and improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, AI solutions engineers, software developers, and business leaders to align technical decisions with business outcomes.
  • Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and promote high engineering standards within the team.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
  • Technical Mastery: 4+ years of experience developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, proficient in Python and libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong Data Science Fundamentals: Deep understanding of traditional machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced data science concepts.
  • Deep Learning Expertise: Proven ability to implement and fine-tune neural network architectures, including transformer-based models, CNNs, and RNNs.
