Solar Support Specialist Opportunity

As a Solar Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level technical support to customers. This involves handling and logging technical calls/emails, performing quality checks, and maintaining CRM records.

  • This position is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems.

Strong communication skills, an engineering or technical background, and knowledge of solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams are essential requirements for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Log and track technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reflecting customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, technology) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with solar power systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
