Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Application Monitoring and Optimization Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of applications, working closely with application and platform teams.

As part of our team, you will be involved in setting up and configuring monitoring tools, troubleshooting user issues, and performing root cause analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven experience with Dynatrace setup and configuration.
  • Operational application management, including identifying recurring issues and ensuring long-term fixes.
  • Expertise in setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications.
  • Define and fine-tune alerts, integrate Dynatrace alerts in incident management tooling.
  • Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and alarm management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles.
