Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in infrastructure automation, cloud scalability, and performance optimization to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and monitoring large-scale AWS environments to ensure high availability, security, and reliability for our SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Manage Large-Scale Environments: Design, manage, and monitor large-scale AWS environments to ensure high availability, security, and reliability for our SaaS platforms.
  • Develop and Execute UI Automation: Develop and execute UI automation using Cypress with TypeScript to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Conduct Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing using K6 to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
  • Perform API Testing: Perform API testing with Postman to ensure APIs meet the required standards.
  • Run Accessibility Testing: Run accessibility testing using Wave, AudioEye, and similar tools to ensure our applications are accessible to all users.
  • Manage and Optimize AWS Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure at scale (EC2, S3, ELB, Lambda, Route 53, ECS, SQS, CloudWatch) to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Package, Deploy, and Manage Containerized Workloads: Package, deploy, and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure efficient and scalable deployment.
  • Automate Workflows: Automate workflows using Terraform, CDK, Chef to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Implement CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, GitHub, Jenkins, Codefresh) to ensure continuous delivery and integration.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot: Monitor and troubleshoot using ELK stack, Dynatrace, New Relic, Nagios to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • IaaC & DSC Tools: 3+ years of experience with IaaC & DSC tools (Terraform, CDK, Chef).
  • Containerized Workloads: 3+ years of experience managing containerized workloads on PaaS (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Scripting/Automation Skills: Strong scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Ruby, Go, Python, Bash).
  • Large-Scale Monitoring & Reporting: Experience with large-scale monitoring & reporting.
  • .NET Application Architecture: Solid understanding of .NET application architecture.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Proven problem-solving & troubleshooting skills in DevOps/SRE environments.
