Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely assistance with app usage, account issues, payments, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to user inquiries via chat, calls, and email.
  • Provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address recurring issues and improve user satisfaction.
  • Strive to achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to a positive brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Communication).
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in customer support/executive roles (preferably app or tech industry).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
  • Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.
  • CRM Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs.
