Solar Power Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Solar Power Expert. This is a full-time role located on-site in Pune.
This position will involve:
- Troubleshooting complex solar inverters
- Providing expert technical support and field service
- Maintaining and repairing solar systems
- Ensuring optimal system performance through daily routine inspections
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Technical Support
- Experience in the solar energy industry
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant technical certification or diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out troubleshooting tasks to resolve complex issues with solar inverters
- Provide technical support to ensure seamless operation of solar systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and repair tasks to prevent system failures
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proficiency in solar power technology and systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
