As a Solar/Renewable Energy Support Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team driving community-powered solar solutions forward.

This role involves close collaboration with the Construction team to support Sales, Design, and Customer Service teams under the guidance of the Construction Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level technical assistance to installation companies/customers/manufacturers (troubleshooting, problem resolution, RMA's).
  • Handle and log all technical calls/emails.
  • Conduct quality checks on installations & collect installer feedback.
  • Maintain CRM records and prioritize customer service/maintenance requests.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Construction Manager.
  • Track post-installation smart meter applications.

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience in the solar industry or education in renewable energy is preferred.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A background in Engineering/Technical Support/Service Engineer is required.
  • Familiarity with solar, battery systems, and electrical diagrams is necessary.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office is expected.
  • A problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and flexibility with hours are crucial.

We are seeking individuals who can effectively work in a remote setting, have their own equipment (laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, working headphones), and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of solar products, familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
