Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost student enrollment and brand visibility in the region.
  • Design and manage impactful above-the-line (ATL) activities, including billboard advertisements, radio promotions, and newspaper campaigns.
  • Drive below-the-line (BTL) campaigns, focusing on targeted outreach through pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate and manage educational seminars and workshops in local institutions, collaborating with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
  • Align marketing efforts with business objectives by working closely with the academic and counseling teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies for improved return on investment, and analyze market trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and event budgets for successful on-ground events and campaigns.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.

4-7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in the education or consumer sector.

Proven expertise in executing ATL & BTL campaigns and educational seminars.

A strong network within the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) in West Bengal is beneficial.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

The ability to work independently and drive results as a self-starter.
