Liaison Officer Job Description

Our team seeks a seasoned Liaison Officer to spearhead regulatory approvals, build key relationships, and ensure seamless clinic operations.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • We are seeking an individual with expertise in obtaining and renewing licenses and approvals under various acts, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC/Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license, and other relevant compliances.
    • This role requires someone who can ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.
  • Relationship Building & Liaison:
    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, medical councils, and other external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • They should be able to prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.
    • Maintaining updated compliance registers for each clinic location is also essential.
    • This role involves handling audits, inspections, and queries from authorities while ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
  • Operational Support:
    • Our ideal candidate will work closely with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to align compliance timelines with fit-out and launch schedules.
    • Collaborating with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations is also crucial.
