
Customer Relationship Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's product offerings.
- Provide customer support through various channels including email, social media and phone calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of each phone call for future reference.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance new employees' skills.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a Customer Support role or similar position within the Customer Service department.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
