This role involves working closely with senior leaders to drive growth, execution, and strategy. You will be responsible for translating leadership vision into actionable plans and tracking execution across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities include driving alignment across teams, project management, anticipating bottlenecks, and solving issues proactively. Additionally, you will assist with client interactions, proposals, investor material, and internal reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup role. They should possess strong project management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments is also necessary.
