We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead our manufacturing company's operations. The ideal candidate will be a pivotal point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and corporate institutions. This role requires managing day-to-day operations, overseeing quality control, and significant touring commitments to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating with clients and corporate institutions to understand their requirements and build strong relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.
They will also establish and maintain communication with railway authorities to facilitate project approvals and ensure adherence to railway standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for coordinating with clients and corporate institutions.
- Experience or the ability to quickly learn how to liaise with railway authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage day-to-day operations and production schedules.
- A solid understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to conduct audits.
- The ability and willingness for frequent travel.
Frequent travel is required to meet clients, visit corporate institutions, and coordinate with railway authorities to ensure projects are executed according to plan.
