Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality data processing and analysis of license entitlements and consumption. Ensure data quality in software consumption analysis and reporting.
  • Consult with subject matter experts regarding software license assessments.
  • Perform analysis of license entitlements, and software consumption data using Excel and other data management tools.
  • Provide timely and useful feedback to clients regarding software data analysis.
  • Present comprehensive and accurate technical analysis report findings to the team, based on usage evidence collected for products.
  • Support project leads by performing software license usage analysis to assist clients in ensuring compliance with associated licenses and contractual terms.
  • Understand how analysis fits into the overall software asset management process and drives value for clients.
  • Assist in project administration and management functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ months of licensing experience, performing audits or reviews.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, organisational, issue identification, prioritisation, and resolution.
  • Responsible, accountable, proactive self-starter and self-learner.
  • Results-oriented, success-driven and excellent attention to detail.
  • Flexible & adaptable in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with software asset management, system management, and/or inventory tools (e.g., SCCM, License Metric Tool, License Service, FlexeraOne).
  • Licensing Badge Certification.
