Job Title: Physical Security Operation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive security strategy to safeguard our people, property, and information.
  • Develop and implement programs to ensure the integrity of our security systems and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and response to security incidents.
  • Monitor and analyze security systems, including alarms, video equipment, and access control systems.
  • Investigate and report on security incidents, including theft, accidents, and other security-related events.
  • Collaborate with the IT-Security Team to respond to security incidents and implement security measures.
  • Work closely with the REWE Team to maintain and upgrade security equipment and systems.
  • Provide training and support to employees on security procedures and protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and implement best practices to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • PSP - Physical Security Professional or CPP - Certified Protection Professional certification.
  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service-related experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of security, dispatch operations, GSOC operations, investigations, or asset protection related experience.
  • Previous experience with Genetec access control or integrated security systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in shift duties, including night shifts.
