About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our intercompany accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 members, overseeing their day-to-day operations, and resolving queries and problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end IC process, including handling billing for IC transactions of US entities
  • Review global IC BS and P&L variances, coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances, and post top-side entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances that remain open at month-end

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting as CA
  • Thorough knowledge of Consolidations accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience in handling Inter company accounting / IC ledger reviews / reconciliations
  • Month end close experience required
  • Transformation projects experience an added advantage
  • Team handling experience required
  • End-to-end process knowledge of intercompany process
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders from different global regions

Preferred Skills:

  • Multiple ERP systems knowledge (SAP & QAD)
  • Consolidation Platform Experience (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Tagetik, Trintech etc.) - Good to Have
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Blackline - Good to Have
