Operations Manager B2B E Commerce

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our E-Commerce team as an Operations Manager - B2B. The role requires managing and streamlining B2B operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining accurate records, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, a proactive mindset, and experience in handling B2B processes within the E-Commerce domain. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end B2B order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery, and coordinating with the supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Manage the end-to-end B2B order processing lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery.
- Coordinate with the supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the point of contact for B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Provide periodic updates to clients regarding order status and deliveries.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in a B2B E-Commerce setup or related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B operations and E-Commerce processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other operational tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations effectively.
