Creative Design Specialist

We are seeking a creative and innovative Creative Design Specialist who can transform business and marketing briefs into compelling visual assets.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging short videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • They will also enhance the user interface and user experience of our website and app using Figma.
  • Additionally, they will create high-quality visuals and design assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the creative process from concept to execution across digital, graphics, video, and UI/UX.
  2. Develop engaging short videos, animations, and motion graphics for marketing campaigns & social media.
  3. Enhance the UI/UX of our website and app using Figma.
  4. Create high-quality visuals and design assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-powered tools.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in creative design and video animation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short video creation, motion graphics, and UI/UX design.
  • Degree or diploma in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-powered design tools.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
