As an Enterprise Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, support, and enhancement of our data analytics, CRM, and various enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
Platform Administration: Manage and maintain the Alteryx, Salesforce, and other systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Development and Customization: Develop and maintain Alteryx workflows, Salesforce configurations, and other system customizations to meet business requirements. Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user proficiency in Alteryx, Salesforce, and other systems.
Collaboration and Improvement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Stay updated with the latest developments in Alteryx, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in platform administration and development, preferably with Alteryx, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
Strong knowledge of Alteryx Designer, Server, and Gallery, as well as Salesforce administration and development (Salesforce certifications are a plus).
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
