Qualifications and Skills:Required:Bachelor’s degree in

Technology , or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or a related field.Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Preferred:Familiarity with start-ups, technology trends, or sustainability-focused industries.Experience working in or with natural resources, mining, or frontier technology sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:Research and identify potential investment opportunities in alignment with Prospect Innovation's focus areas.Assist in screening inbound deal flow, reviewing pitch decks and executive summaries.Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and business models to identify promising ventures.Due Diligence:Conduct in-depth financial, technical, operational, and market due diligence on shortlisted companies.Prepare detailed financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.Collaborate with the Investment Director and other stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities.Portfolio Support:Monitor and track the performance of portfolio companies through regular updates and financial reporting.Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports for stakeholders.Provide research and analysis support to portfolio companies as needed.Presentation and Reporting:Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal discussions and Investment Committee meetings.Maintain a database of deal flow, industry research, and benchmarking studies.
