About the Role

As a seasoned Merchandising Professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the end-to-end merchandising process from order inquiry to final shipment.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the key point of contact between buyers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and timely approvals.

You will develop samples, prepare costing sheets, and negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of trims and fabrics.

Maintaining accurate records and reports is crucial to your success in this role. You must stay up-to-date on trends, pricing, and buyer expectations by conducting market research and analyzing industry insights.

In collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will work together to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/MIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP/MIS systems.
