Our key objective is to drive measurable business growth for clients. Our Enterprise Solutions team works on tech stack implementation projects and managed services engagement for our clients, collaborating with skilled professionals across platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.

We are seeking a MarTech Implementation Lead with a strong techno-functional background to oversee the deployment and management of marketing technology solutions. This role involves leading implementation projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring successful client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of MarTech solutions such as Adobe, Salesforce, CleverTap, or Netcore.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing strategists, to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team.
  • Oversee system integration, data migration, and platform customization activities.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, design, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that arise during implementation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Provide training and support to clients post-implementation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the MarTech tools.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CleverTap, or Netcore. Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDP), and analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python. Experience with API integrations and data migration.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale MarTech implementation projects. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions. Ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional MarTech tools and platforms. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance. Prior experience in a consultancy or agency environment.
