Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Tender Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Select parameters in the eProcurement platform to collect orders on a direct basis.
  • Upload, maintain, and remove products and services from the respective catalog.
  • Search for bids and RAs for relevant products and services.
  • Manage bids wherein our uploaded product does not match the bid specifications.
  • Continuously update about happenings in the procurement portal at our end and also at customer end.
  • Impart training to sales/service teams as and when asked for.
  • Interact with customers to clarify queries regarding procurement, bids, etc. whenever required.
  • Support process documentation for partner management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Key understanding of customer applications and workflows.
  • Knowledge of the purchasing process, dealer network, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong working relationship with customers and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent (minimum 3-year course) from a recognized college or university.
  • Experience in eProcurement or eBusiness.
