About the Role

This position involves providing financial support to our Corporate Finance team by managing accounts payable and receivable functions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with QuickBooks. They will also be able to analyze and monitor accounts payable transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. The candidate should also have at least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial analyst role.

Familiarity with Canadian taxes, including HST, PST, PD7A, and ROE, is necessary. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ability to implement process improvements are also expected.
