Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting for reputable educational institutions across India.

  • Managing day-to-day accounting functions, bookkeeping, and financial records.
  • Preparing and maintaining ledgers, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
  • Monitoring budgets, expenses, and financial planning for institutions.
  • Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and management teams for seamless financial operations.
  • Utilizing accounting software to maintain accuracy and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager, Accountant, or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
