Data Analysis Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Sourcing and Integration: Identify, acquire, and consolidate structured & unstructured data from diverse sources.
  • Data Processing and Validation: Automate data collection, processing, and validation processes for accuracy and consistency.
  • Business Insights and Intelligence: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
  • Predictive Modeling and Analytics Strategy: Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
  • Database Optimization and Analytics Framework: Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Process Improvement and Decision-Making: Define new opportunities for process improvements and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical Model Deployment: Deploy and monitor analytical models in production, ensuring continuous optimization.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (4–7+ years preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus), data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects).
  • Big Data Frameworks: Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc.) and ETL processes.
  • Education: Educational background: Bachelor's.
