Job Opportunity: Reservation Sales Professional

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to manage guest reservations, drive sales conversions, and provide exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for guest requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of reservations, guest preferences, and reports.
  • Buildeffective relationships with corporates, travel agents, and repeat guests.
  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently.
  • Monitor online bookings, guest reviews, and ensure timely responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Prior experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills (English preferred).
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and online platforms.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
