
Healthcare Payer Solutioning Strategist

The position of a Healthcare Payer Solutioning Lead is an exceptional opportunity for visionary thinkers and experienced professionals who can drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment. This role demands a strong techno-functional capability, deep domain expertise, and a passion for innovation to craft differentiated solutions and enable business growth through strategic customer engagements.
This dynamic role involves driving go-to-market strategies, shaping solution offerings, and positioning the organization as a thought leader in the healthcare payer space.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solution Development: Design/evolve AI-led technology and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and Value-Based Care (VBC) models.
- Trend Monitoring: Track and align with industry trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Develop and share perspectives on the future of healthcare payer solutions, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence, and represent the organization in industry forums.
- Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings/workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position/co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall experience in the healthcare domain, including 10+ years specifically in the US health insurance (payer) segment.
- Proven experience/expertise in payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape.
- Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing/driving AI-led techno-functional solutions.
- BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models.
