Job Title: Infrastructure Leader

This leadership role focuses on implementing modernization strategies for infrastructure support, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to achieve infrastructure readiness for database and application migration, as well as upgrades.
  • Mitigate risks related to production stability and oversee all infrastructure changes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Establish governance and oversight of all infrastructure projects, analyzing business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Document operational requirements and create service documentation based on those needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pentaho/ETL tool deployment expertise along with load balancing mechanisms.
  • Strong SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL knowledge, particularly in Oracle Database administration (DBA).
  • Data Warehousing/Data Lake/Data Lakehouse concepts understanding.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Grafana, Netcool, Geneos, etc.
  • Experience with replication tools like SnowMirror, Oracle Golden Gate, etc.
  • Cloud experience across Public, Private, Hybrid environments (GCP, AWS, FABRIC, etc.).
