
Sales Business Development Specialist

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that highlight the value proposition of our products or services.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM tools to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements:
- This is a full-time position.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our office location.
