Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to play a key role in shaping our RevOps function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot beyond just CRM basics.

This is not a simple installation or setup role. We need someone who can tackle complex implementations, enable integrations, design lead scoring models and fix revenue leakages to ensure clients get the ROI they expect.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up full-funnel RevOps systems across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs making HubSpot a true revenue engine.

  • Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages and advanced lead routing.
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build real-time dashboards for attribution forecasting and growth tracking.
  • Manage data governance (properties objects workflows) within HubSpot.
Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Skilled in lead scoring funnel optimization reporting and attribution modeling.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier Make n8n APIs).
