Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to lead our team in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire AP cycle, from document management to vendor maintenance and payments.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality results.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the AP team in managing the entire AP cycle
  • Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Supervise a team of professionals and provide guidance, training, and feedback
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and experience in managing large-scale AP processes. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AP, preferably in a senior management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
