Job Description

You will review and process invoices accurately, respond to queries, and ensure timely payment as a Process Associate. This role involves resolving vendor inquiries and maintaining a tracker of exceptions for knowledge retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and processing invoices with resolutions and releasing them for payment
  • Resolving all vendor queries and requests within the agreed service level agreement
  • Validating basic essentials of valid invoices, including supplier details, purchase order, bank account, invoice number, and date
  • Maintaining exception logs for process-related exceptions
  • Independently performing transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes
