Strategic Operations Leader
Job DescriptionBiteSpeed is a SaaS startup that builds AI-native Marketing, Support & Sales suite for e-commerce brands.
The company has grown significantly, working with 3000+ e-commerce brands globally across 50+ countries.
Our mission is to provide a comprehensive platform that drives business growth and success for our customers.
This is an intense role that involves working closely with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives.
The role will involve working with different business functions to solve problems with first-principle thinking.
- Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners — your primary responsibility is to bring clarity, drive execution, and deliver outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue — from identifying and fixing funnel leakages to shaping pricing/packaging strategies.
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
- Own and drive key partnerships (e.g. payment providers, enablement tools), ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR — from improving onboarding processes to driving org health projects.
- Support strategic hiring efforts — from workforce planning to closing key roles, especially in Sales, CS, and Ops.
- Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with the CEO and team leads to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
- Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, ensuring accurate, actionable data is available for decision-making.
