Senior Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Professional to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of daily, monthly MIS, financial statements, and reporting for management as needed.
  • Prepare financial statements and support annual audits for Indian and foreign companies.
  • Ensure timely tax filings for Indian and foreign companies, including tax audits and compliance.
  • Support transfer pricing compliance for Indian and foreign companies.
  • Verify all necessary jurisdictional compliances are met.
  • Handle statutory, tax, and internal audits.
  • Perform month-end close transactions and reconcile FI and CO reports.
  • Develop and maintain annual budgets, including capital budgeting.
  • Demonstrate strong English communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and consultants worldwide.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting is essential.
  • Prepare standalone and consolidated financials according to Ind AS, IGAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP.
  • Maintain liaison with consultants, regulators, and merchant bankers.
  • Compile historical restated financial statements for regulatory filings.
  • Display in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Apply strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • SAP and Microsoft Office expertise.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • Presentation, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
