Procurement Specialist - Coupa Configuration

Coupa is a leading provider of cloud-based procurement software. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team, with expertise in Coupa configuration and implementation.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Coupa modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with various systems and applications.
  • Support and configure Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue resolution.
  • Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Manage Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with integration partners and consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • Work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
  • Apply strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes.
  • Have sound business knowledge in the procurement area and provide standard or customized solutions to business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in Coupa module configuration and support.
  • Experience with Coupa release management and enhancement.
  • Strong business knowledge in procurement area.
  • Agile methodology experience.
