Procurement Process Support Specialist

The Procurement Process Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations for procurement-related modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing. They work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Integration Support: Assist in integrating procurement systems with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SSO, and middleware, to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow.
  • Documentation: Develop support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users to ensure easy adoption and usage of the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in procurement systems.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of procurement processes, experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
