Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

At Linqoa Consulting Services Private Limited, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's suite of products and be able to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
  • Manage data migration, data modeling, and data integration between Salesforce and external systems using tools like Data Loader, APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Provide training to end-users and create documentation to ensure proper adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Salesforce implementations to improve efficiency, user experience, and overall system performance.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and processes.
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model, including experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and data management in Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, and permission sets.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent certifications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing Salesforce projects, including scoping, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced Certifications: Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, or similar advanced certifications.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or technology where Salesforce plays a critical role.
  • Advanced Tools: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
