Senior ServiceNow QA/Tester Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow QA Tester with Business Analyst experience to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow QA Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing HR workflows, including automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.

In addition, you will conduct thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.

Your expertise in testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP) is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for employee processes
  • Evaluate system performance under different loads
  • Conduct regression testing for ServiceNow updates and Workday patches
  • Test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive ServiceNow QA experience
  • Business Analyst experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems
  • Expertise in workflow automation and performance testing
