This role involves working independently and being assigned to project implementations that involve complex project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a BTP consultant, you will work with cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at the consulting level.
  • Design, configuration, design, development, and customization using SAP BTP; strive for top-quality results and continuously look for ways to standardize, improve, and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
  • Work closely with SAP technical consultants to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality; set team targets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues, and opportunities related to technical aspects of implementation.
  • Manage complex developments personally or guide developers to achieve delivery.
  • Train and transfer knowledge to other team members.
  • Recognize impacts of changes and perform due diligence before making changes and thoroughly test solutions before implementing to avoid reworks.
  • Be responsible for technical design solutions prior to implementation of projects or change requests.
  • Ensure technical implementation quality and minimize rework after deployment.

Requirements:

  • Must have over 4-5 years of SAP BTP experience with at least 3-4 years in a consulting environment.
  • Highly preferred technical developer with BPA, CAPM, Fiori, UI5 hands-on experience.
  • Advantageous to have Cloud Application Program Model (CAPM) experience.
  • Strong experience in HANA and/or S4HANA developments.
  • Works with SAP development tools and technologies.
  • More than 3-4 years of experience working in a technical team for project delivery.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in consulting as a Technical Developer.
  • Experience in SAP project implementation in S4 HANA.
  • Provide advice to the team regarding best practices, industry trends, and feedback on overall process performance and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and tools and promote their value within development teams.
