Business Analyst Position

As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, SMEs, and Technical Leads to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Lightning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Treasury Management, and Banking Operations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred/Good-to-Have:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, KYC, AML, and Risk Management in banking.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Banking & Financial Services workflows, hands-on knowledge of nCino Loan Origination System (LOS), and strong Salesforce platform experience.
