Investment Banking Operations Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Investment Banking team in Aligarh. As a Senior Analyst & Associate Process Manager, you will work with clients to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and capture data from various global functional teams across our clients
  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using logical, systematic, and sequential methodologies
  • Lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objectives

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen of the finance industry with special focus on capital markets and derivatives. He/She should be good with numbers and have the ability to derive information from data with excellent multitasking and creative problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 2 to 5.5 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 10 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations
  • Knowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred
