We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to work independently as a senior-level customer support representative. This role will involve providing solutions to customers in Ontario, Canada, helping top realtors with their queries, and offering the best of our services while communicating in a highly professional manner with an empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly identify and resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat, and email support.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Business communications skills in English for phone, chat, and email support.
  • Laptop, PC, headphone, smartphone, high-speed internet connection, and quiet workspace.
  • Office tools and software expertise (Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF).

Our Recruitment Process:

  • Initial video interview or phone screening.
  • Follow-up interviews with the hiring manager and other team members.
  • Trial for 1-2 weeks to assess your performance and fit with the team.

  • Full-time position with flexible hours (Mon-Fri, 5:30 pm - 9:00 am).
