Job Title: Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager

This is a highly sought-after role for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. As a Senior Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and being the first point of contact for their hiring needs.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Interview and recommend select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment
  2. Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customer, vendors, etc.
  3. Highly skilled in handling multiple senior stakeholders, partners, and overall client-facing environment
  4. Advisory mindset and well connected with similar industry network
  5. Extensive knowledge of passive talent pool availability for mapping talent from similar organizations, industry with real-time knowledge of hiring trends in the industry

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of recruiting experience in IT, NON IT hiring across domains, levels within specifically including full-cycle hiring in a high-volume environment under stringent deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to interview and recommend select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customer, vendors, etc.
  • Qualified applicants will have a demonstrated capacity to build the relationship and to cultivate an active network of partners internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills necessary as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Hands-on experience with technology hiring for product-based companies and clients
  • Bachelor's degree or any Graduation
  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Preferably from IT industry
