  • Job Description:

    • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities, progress updates, issues encountered, and recommended solutions.
    • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements.
    • Evaluate project feasibility, considering technical, financial, and logistical factors, and provide recommendations for approval or modification to project plans.
    • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all site personnel.
    • Monitor project costs and variations, tracking expenses, identifying deviations from the budget, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
    • Evaluate site operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
