Senior BIM Development Manager

The ideal candidate will assist the BIM Manager with Civil 3D projects, work independently on US, UK & Asia-specific projects, and handle various project types including Landscape, Dry & Wet Utilities, Grading, Highway Modelling, and Plantation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preliminary Tasks: Prepare coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Grading Analysis: Prepare earthwork grading cut & fill analysis, cross sections, and quantity take-offs.
- Pipe Network Planning: Prepare detailed plans and profiles for pipe networks & manholes as per IFC drawings.
- Clash Detection and Resolution: Coordinate with multiple disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
- BIM Construction Process Management: Manage BIM construction process from DD stage to As-Built stage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Civil 3D Proficiency: Proficiency in Civil 3D, Subassembly Composer & Part-Builder.
- Drawing and Cleanup Skills: Strong skills in AutoCAD for drawing, linkage, and cleanup.
- Design Review Collaboration: Familiarity with Design Review for collaboration with professional staff.
- Navisworks Expertise: Expertise in Navisworks Manage for clash detection & resolution.
- Submittals and Workflows: Knowledge of submittals and Civil 3D workflows.
- Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Team Management and Problem-Solving: Team management capability with strong problem-solving skills.
